SHIPPING
 

After receiving your order, your package will be prepared for shipment as quickly as possible (usually within 1 to 4 working days). All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and packed with great care and attention. 
 

If you have created an account, you can track your order status via 'My Orders'  on the website. If you haven’t created an account, you will be kept informed of the status of your order via email.
 

When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code.
 

Shipping via the webshop is available for the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Worldwide shipping is possible upon request. Send your request with the desired items to charlotteisabeau@live.nl. You will receive a response as soon as possible with the calculated shipping costs and a payment request. For prices, see the specification below
