80s liberty style dress

A vintage quality shirt dress with a pinched waistline! 80s fit with shoulder pads (can be easily removed if you desire a more modern fit). Has a very Liberty style floral print in orange, green and a hint of lilac on a black background. Closes with buttons at the center front.

Very wearable style for all seasons. No material label but it could be rayon. Has a nice heavy drape to it.
