Antique reworked white poët blouse with black velvet bow

An antique blouse with broderie. Has a pleated front and back. Wide sleeves with lovely bell shaped sleeve ends. Has an off-center closure with mother of pearl buttons. Made from a sturdy white cotton fabric that holds it's shape beautifully. Could also be worn open as an overblouse.

Reworked by Charlotte Isabeau with a deep black velvet bow made from 1920s antique ribbon. Has a vintage pin on the back so it can be placed to your liking and easily be removed before laundering (like a brooch!). 

Due to the short length of the bodice and A line shape it fits best on smaller bust sizes. Please review measurements below and compare to a garment in your own closet. Model is a top size 34 and the blouse has an oversized effect.
