Early 50s or 60s Maison dress

The most perfect petit light blue polkadot authentic late 40s or early 50s dress. Fully handmade (visible on the inside, raw edges etc.). Lots of details! Pleats and a small bow at the neckline, small matching belt, insert at the skirt etc. Closes with a short metal side seam zipper. This dress comes with an "underdress" or a "fitting" dress made for tailoring (3rd picture). 

 

This dress is a small size. However, there is some room for alteration (large hem, space at the side seams etc). I would suggest this dress for a small size 34 (XS) or a 32 (XXS).

I am a size 34 (B:80 W:67) and the dress is a good fit for me. It is only a little bit small at the armholes.

Please note this dress is more than 50 years old and has some light surface wear. I have cleaned her multiple times. There is a small repair at the skirt (last picture). Some seams on the inside need resewing. Sold "as it is" with minimal repairs (as original as possible).
