Wine red velvet blazer by Laura Ashley

A lovely rayon and silk velvet blazer from the 90s by Laura Ashley. Deep red/burgundy color. Embroidered details. In Perfect condition.

Label says size 38 but it runs quite small. Model in pictures is a size 34. Please review measurements below,
